I'd just like to clarify though, that while we do offer shipping the fabric on a roll, you selected a shipping option which stated that it would be sent folded in a bag.

I'm sorry to hear that you still haven't received your parcel. I did reply to your email on May 13th, and followed up on May 16th. Perhaps my emails have gone to your junk folder?
While I can see that your package has not been delivered, we do typically want clarification on the address before sending replacements, as an address error can sometimes be the cause.
