I have recently had to pay £7.40 to send 2 items back for return. I am still waiting to be re-embursed. Any idea when? Thank you Miss J .Connolly

Said on website would arrive in 3 working days but took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. andwas just left on my door step . No message to say it had been delivered l wasat work that day . Only for a neighbour seeing it in my step she took it in for me .

Customer service was good but the hospital tunics are not so good. They're sized super weirdly (I wear a size 10 from high street shops but had to order a size 6 tunic) and while they are brought in at the waist, there is a large flappy bit of material above that which looks really silly and unprofessional.

I like the uniform and it is of a good quality. I cannot give it 5 stars, as it arrived later than expected (ordered on 4th and it arrived 24th). I was not sent an email when it was dispatched. I tried to ring the company on the 23rd and there was no answer and it went into Christmas answer phone message. I did not mind it arriving late, but would have just liked to know there was a delay.

I’ve had to send the tunic back as it’s too small. I have asked for a size 12 and heard nothing. It takes a very long time to receive orders but the tunics are good when they arrive.

Clothing sizes Very small , I am usually a 16 and ordered a bigger size for comfort while working the 18 was far too tight , Have sent it back and asked for a bigger size

i waited quite a few weeks for my pants to arrive, but had to send 2 emails to ask where my order was. I chose two different styles because i did not know which would fit the best; they sent me both the same style and apologised for not having the other style in stock.

Nursing tunic arrived fairly soon after ordering but trousers have taken several weeks to be delivered. I expect items were in short supply due to Covid-19.

The scrubs came but they were way bigger than I thought they would be so I had to send them back... The bottoms I could have fitted in the m 3 times they were so baggy... Very well made but just too big for me Thank yoy

I am giving a 3 stars as I have not received my items on time. There was an estimated delivery date which was not made. The products which I ordered was an uniform which I really needed for work. I have trier to contact them several times regarding my order and when will be dispatched but without any luck. I have sent them like 10 messages, tried to call but no luck. At the end I asked for my money back from my bank and rised a dispute. Cuple of days later I received my items by post which was very surprising. However I can give 5 stars for the quality of the products as they are really good quality... 👌 If there was not such a bad communication and people from customer service acted accordingly with my case ,I would have given a 5 stars at the beginning. I can thank to Dencowear that they have finally shipped my order. I can give you an advice :if you want to have more customers and left them with a happy experience, you should pay more attention to the customer services 😉 Thank you.

I have now brought 2 items from your selfs the dress actually fits lovely however I also brought 2 elastic tunics for work and the only thing i would say about them is the size are that accurate they come up really small but other than that the tunics are nice excatly what's online

Good company. Scrubs arrived very quickly which was a nice surprise. They are comfortable and practical. I did have an issue with some of the sizing and had to send some articles back and still awaiting a refund after 8 weeks. I would order from them again.

The reason they have taken longer than we would have liked is due to our admin staff working from home and not having immediate access to the paperwork that is received into our warehouse. Sizing was very wrong so had to return them. Bit disappointed had to be at loss of postage both ways.
