I am disappointed in the tunics that I bought. I ordered small, to fit size 10 -12 and after 2 washes they have shrunk. It has shrunk that much they don't fit anymore. I'm more than happy to send back and get a refund. Very disappointed

The trousers were extremely small, couldn’t return as I had already washed them, we all know scrubs are horrible until having been washed a few times, when holding them up against a pair from another company that were a size smaller on the label the ones from deconwear were actually smaller, thrown to the back of the cupboard, waste of ££

The sizes far too different from real. I have ordered medium size tunic but it appeared to be huge. I had to return this tunic paying for return. I was refunded the price but not VAT. Therefore paid a lot for nothing really. Not happy at all.

Very good quality but sizing is extremely poor. I had to go up 4 sizes to get trousers fitting me comfortably

Very bad experience, do no order from them, I had ordered twice, both times they sent faulty items, with markings on and when I asked for refund they said it is me the one who marked the uniforms, clearly sending items that were tried before, from other customers. Be aware! I do not recommend buying them from !

Delivery service way too long. Had to return as bought product from another provider. Return processed quickly but a cost to return item.

Hi Melanie I am sorry to hear your order was delayed for dispatch. I have looked into this and it would appear the reason for this is we were waiting for the trousers to arrive from our supplier. Normally the items arrive within a day or two but on this occasion took a little longer. I can see your order was dispatched on the 9th January and is showing as being delivered today. I contacted Dencowear by phone regarding what the identical colour of scrub trousers I needed to h match my tunic as the ones I purchased even though it stated the same colour as my tunics the colour did not match so I had to return ( not sure I’ve had a refund as of yet ) They said they ring be back to confirm but it’s been a week a no phone call .. Not great customer service ..

I never received my order having been sent an email 2 weeks ago stating that it had been shipped. I contacted the company who said it had been delivered however it has NOT been delivered to my home. I have requested a full refund but have heard nothing since. I also find it very strange that any correspondence I have comes from various email addresses. I am still awaiting a response!

Not true to size, though f ordering order 2 sizes bigger. Slow to respond for an exchange, 3 weeks later not received an exchange or a refund.
