Received my parcel with two overalls in it. two extra-large in size. One was too tight and one is enormous. Won't use this firm again.

Morning Leigh I am sorry to hear you have not received your parcel. I can confirm it was dispatched on the 25th of April with Royal Mail and was delivered on the 27th of April. I have sent you a separate email which provides the tracking number and an image of the door where Royal Mail left the parcel. The service was terrible . Ordered an item and wasn’t in stock, despite the website saying it was. I only found this out after chasing the order up myself. When the item eventually arrived it was poor quality. I would not recommend using this company.

Hi I have just tried to call you to discuss your review and have left a voice message. I am sorry to hear your order was delayed and not dispatched straight away. The item you ordered is supplied from a third party and we were waiting for them to dispatch the items to us. Normally their turnaround is 1 to 2 days but for some reason, this delivery took a little longer to arrive. I will feedback your comments to our supplier concerning the poor quality and should you still wish to purchase a pair of trousers we can offer alternative items to you. Very unhappy with the uniform I purchased recently. The quality is very poor that you can't even wear it. It looked like this company knows very well as found out there are so many bad reviews but then they have not taken action of it. They are just happy to waste people's time and money. I had to cover nearly 14 pound to have them posted back. Beware and avoid this company.

Hi Katisha Sorry to hear you haven't received your order. I can see the dress you ordered was dispatched the same day as you placed the order, 4th November and having checked the tracking number for Royal Mail, this is showing as being delivered on the 6th November. Have you checked with your neighbours to check if they took receipt of delivery on your behalf as I know Royal Mail don't always leave a calling card? Ordered my correct size but NONE of the dresses fit. There is no United States return address. I regret ordering.

Very poorly sewing on this scrub.(just after a wash the seam is loosened )poor material..extremely long top, more like a dress not a top. The worst scrub I bought ever and the most expensive. Very disappointed about this purchase!

I've placed two orders with Dencowear, the first order arrived promptly and the uniforms were of good quality but a little neat. I returned them and received my refund. However, I placed another order 6 days ago and it showed that the items were in stock. However, I've since leant that they have to come from another warehouse. I've rung and been on the online chat and both times been told it would be with them the next day. The order is still showing as unfufilled. Not a happy customer and I won't be ordering again.

Sizing too big and when I received my uniform the colour was different from what I choose on the website. Money wasted.

order didn't arrive within the 5 days as promised. chased for weeks, only to be told that it would take 3 months for one of the sizes to become available. Why didn't they send what they had and communicate???! Poor communication.

Hi never recived my order. E mailed company informed them that I had not recived and could they give me a delivery never got a reply. Pity as they did e mail me regarding a mistake I made with my order.but all the good will is gone now as order was never delivered Regards Mark O Sullivan Sad customer

Paid for next day delivery and been told it will he delivered in 2 days. Would like a refund on my next day delivery. Wouldn't have ordered if I need this need for work tomorrow. Not came yet.

Thank you for your review Catherine, I do apologise for that. I had a look into your order and unfortunately the order was processed with Standard delivery which takes 3-5 working days. I can see you have processed your order on 28th Feb (Sunday) and we dispatched it the next working day for you. If you haven't received it as of yet that means it might have been lost in transit which is out of our control. I give you a call in the next 24 hrs to discuss :) -Pat

Recieved tunic too big paid 3.85 for returing it certificate of posting they didnt recieve it still waiting forvrefund been 4weeks now wouldnt recomend this company
