Hi Linda I am sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet. I have checked the status of the order and it left us on the 26th January with Royal Mail. I will email over the tracking information for you. However, I have just tracked this and it is still showing in transit. I ordered a size 12 they were more like size 8 unfortunately they are no good to me.

Ordered two small tunics and they're 1.5inches different in size up against eachother, even though the label says otherwise. On a plus, the material is good quality, quick to dry, nice colour and very good price.

Hi Katie Thank you for taking time out to write your review. I can see you purchased two different scrub tops from, one manufactured by ourselves and the other by a different supplier. This may explain why there is a slight difference in size. Next-day delivery is not offered. Emailed to request delivery asap and was informed the order would despatch the next day. Waited two weeks- then called and was informed waiting for stock and advised by customer service they would call back that day to confirm a delivery date- no callback. then received an email informing order was delayed and will despatch shortly. The order finally arrived- this was the fourth time I have ordered the same scrubs- advertised as the same size, fabric etc. but were a different fabric, different labelling and trousers two inches longer. Every time I have ordered the wait and lack of customer service updates lets this company down.

I'm happy to have received a call from Tonia Wilson few minutes ago, she was polite and nice. I'd be happier if I receive my parcel latest tomorrow morning as she promised.

Pockets of clinical tunics are shallow and not suitable. My things fall out of the pockets. I’m surprised how shallow the pockets are.

Delivery was really quick but unfortunately I didn’t like the scrubs tops I’d ordered. The short sleeves were very big and the material was too thick for what I was looking for.

Trousers took ages to come when they did they fitted nicely but the first time I did up the fastening on the front it fell apart. I had to send them back at my own cost then pay again for re-delivery 😡

Not Happy too long in the leg small fitting ordered a 12 need a 14 cost more money sending back and charged postage for reordering. DISAPPOINTED!! Customer.

Fit not true to size and I would suggest that the material is not 4 way stretch, esecially the solid waist band

The uniform is quite good and smart, I returned a second one for exchange and I am still waiting for my second one. That is where the issue is. Good service but delivery is the problem. It takes too long for you to deliver.

I bought a pale blue Howser Unisex Smart Scrub Tunic, It is well made and fits well. The pockets are also very useful in the workplace. However the fabric is too thick and stiff which is the only negative feature. Maybe it will soften with regular washes and fabric conditioners.

The tunic was just ok, I probably wont wear it though, the navy cotton strands show through the white material, poorly made Sorry 😞

Easy to order and delivery was quick. The quality of the material was also good but unfortunately I had to send my back. As the sizes come up very small.

Ok but pockets are to small and only one pocket at the top which is way to small hardly fits two pens so wouldn’t order again
