“We order with Dencowear around 3 times per year and they are always very helpful. The uniforms are always of the highest value and quality. I generally deal with Tonia who is always very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.”

“I've been liasing with Tonia Wilson (via email & phone) to help with my orders and tracking them. Sometimes the response was within the hour, other times when something neededto be chacked it may be the following day. She is very professional and polite and always responds quickly and gets things sorted in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you.”

“Very good and speedy service, items were delivered quickly. I ordered 2 different sizes as I was unsure of sizing. Had to return 1 dress and refund was processed and in my bank account within a few days, so very impressed with the service. Only negative I would comment on & reason for only 4* is having to pay for returned items, shame they don't provide free returns, but I would use them again”

“I returned my items as the sizes were coming up smaller than label. However Tonia dealt with my order issues and she was outstanding, her customer service skills are 5 star, very professional, understanding and made me a very happy customer”

“I am giving four stars based mainly on the customer service, Tonia was very helpful and communicative to emails. I ordered 4 tunics all of which finally arrived this was not dencos fault as the parcel had been held in customs. Please be aware if you are ordering from outside of the UK (Ireland)that the customs charges can be very steep. The tunics arrived perfectly packed had ordered 4. Two were perfect and I was delighted two were not as in sleeves were very tight and restrictive although body part sizing was fine, I may note these were in plus sizes so would have expected the sleeves to have reflected this. Could be a design fault.”

The reason for this is the fabric they are made in doesn't have the stretch element as some other fabrics.
