First order came fast, returned due to beint too small. Refund came fast no issues but second order for correct size still hasn't arrived two weeks later

Material uncomfortable, very long in length, the button hole made far too small had to force it open each time, breeze comes right through just really something I am sorry I bought threw them in the bin.

Nothing wrong with the tunic itself, good quality and fair sizing. The problem I have is that I never had the 10 percent off for being a new customer that I signed up for, and when I received my goods one of the tunics had a pen mark on it. I informed the company on the day that they were delivered, which was replied to promptly with an apology for not having the 10 percent off and a free returns label so that the tunic could be exchanged. I was sent a 15 percent off voucher for my next purchase, which I probably won't need to use in the near future, as the overalls normally last me a while. Then a few days after I returned the faulty tunic I noticed that money has been taken out of my account by the company again, which I can only assume is a delivery charge for the replacement which is being sent to me through no fault of my own. I have emailed the company to let them know and yet I haven't heard anything back this time??

Cheap quality poor fitting and took too long to arrive. If you are ordering on the plus size end then there is no point having the body part with lots of room and the arms like a size 12 person tunic. Will not be ordering again

I alway buy my uniforms from yourselves but I have returned the last 2 because they were poor fitting. Don’t normally have a problem

The tunic was a nice colour, but the sizing is guesswork. I was advised to order a size larger, but it was still too small. If I had ordered two sizes larger it would have been too big on the shoulders. Postage is charged for both ordering and for returning items, so guessing the size becomes expensive. I am not impressed and I will not be ordering again.

I found this company to be very disorganised and didn't deliver what I ordered within an appropriate timeframe. I had to chase my order up several times, and only received my order when I asked to cancel and be refunded. The communication I had with the staff was promising (hence the "poor" rating rather than "very poor") but they didn't deliver in a timely fashion. I will be purchasing my workwear from elsewhere in future.

I can see you placed your order on the 19th March just as the unprecidented time was upon us. As I am sure you can imagine, we were inundated with orders and where other suppliers were out of stock of scrubs almost immediately, we decided to go back to our roots and open up UK factories to enable us to fulfil orders. happy with quality of scrubs ordered however it was a very long wait. Whilst I understand that covid has created some issues with sourcing materials it would have been a much better customer experience to have had some warning that it was delayed. Alternatives would also have been acceptable (colour, fabric, cut, etc) as I was working clinically and really needed an extra pair for changing around.

I had no confrontation email, and no reply to my email after 2 weeks I contacted PayPal. It was only after they refunded me that I received my goods. Not impressed, not happy and won’t use Dencowear again.

Very comfortable clothing although the sizes are very large. The order took a very long time to arrive. Frustratingly it took 3 weeks longer than my sister's similar order from the same company, with no explanation given for the long delay.

I ordered from Dencowear Ltd. and paid extra for express delivery which on the website stated would be next day. There was no confirmation email of my order. My order finally arrived just under 4 weeks later. By this time I had bought from an alternative company. There was no communication that the order would be delayed. I returned the items and did get a refund however again communication regarding this was poor. I was not made aware that the items had been recieved or that a refund had been made. Im aware that it has been a difficult and busy time recently however I feel that communication with customers could be improved.

Poor service, didn’t get my purchase and had to get a refund after 2 months of emails regarding order. Never answer phone and slow to reply to emails. Don’t like to do down companies but had a very poor experience.
