“Absolutely disappointing company. Work for the NHS and ordered some scrubs...took forever to come and couldn't wait for them so ordered elsewhere. I returned them got tracking number and they received back but no refund issued. Awful service - contacted PayPal to intervene! Don't recommend this company at all!”

Hi I am sorry to hear you have not received your order, I can confirm this was dispatched on the 6th January by standard Royal Mail post, so I can only presume it has been lost in transit. “Very poor customer service. Staff Promised on 3 occasions to get back to me, then no response. No notes on system so each time had to start again from scratch to outline problem with my order. Eventually resolved but took multiple contacts from myself.”

“Wouldn’t use denco wear again. Very disappointed. Wrong goods received, no one contacted me back after I emailed. No one available to chat online. Left in the dark. At least I got refunded after sending the goods back but lack of communication was very frustrating.”

“Very disappointed - I ordered scrub trousers & tunics online. I didn’t receive an email confirming my order, I was sent the wrong size twice, meaning I had to pay for return postage twice, until I was eventually sent the size I had ordered at the 3rd attempt. I emailed, called & left messages numerous times and was never contacted by the company. Won’t be using this company again.”

“Ordered trousers for work, money taken out of bank account. Trousers did not arrive. Emails sent —- no response . After four weeks, I sent another email requesting my money be refunded. Eventually money returned to account Not even an apology Not impressed”

“Ordered 2 scrub tops. Never received them. Disappointed. Tried changing address to 37 Carncoagh Road Ballymena. Sent 10 plus emails but nobody answered them. I work for nhs and needed these tops.”

“Material is thick, gathers fluff at an annoying rate and size is wrong, ordered a small and far too big can’t wear it anyway. Waste of money.”

“Not pleased or happy about the purchase from start to finish. Delivery was very late - by a number of weeks. When the delivery did arrive the “blue shade” of our top and bottom of scrubs were completely different. When I raise this with the customer services I was advised they were supplied by two different suppliers and that’s it - no talk of helping the customer out! Definitely will never buy or recommend them to anyone. Abysmal customer service. No apologies or acknowledgement of mistakes done!”

“I ordered 2 scrub tops and 2 bottoms for over £60. I received the tops and never the bottoms. I sent an email query but I had never received an original confirmation email with order code so they said they couldn’t chase it. Although when I emailed querying why the order had taken so long to arrive originally they found my order without it and advised me it was arriving. So I’m left with 2 very basic scrub tops costing me £60.”

“My order was delivered after 6 weeks (although I only order the stuff which was in stock) and the tunics and trousers were of different colour and fabric. Very disappointed.”
