I had some issues and questions to be asked ,I telephoned and left the my name & number as was asking to get back to me. I emailed Dencowear and no one ever got back to me. So Zero star for customer service and one star for garment.

Absolute garbage, advertised products as in stock when they weren’t and would respond to my numerous emails and voicemails for a refund, had to complain through paypal and eventually got my money back...BEWARE AND AVOID

I’m still awaiting my order so unable to give a positive review. I am also awaiting an answer as to when I can expect to receive my order. Very disappointed an dissatisfied.

Hi Wendy I have tried to call you but without success. I am sorry to hear you have not received your refund. I can confirm we have received the items back in our warehouse and have asked my colleague to ensure this refund is processed today. The trousers were too big and I sent the trousers back but have yet to receive a refund after 2 weeks. I received no email confirmation of my order

Sizes were smaller than normal and when I email them 2-3 times I get NO response at all at how to return items. There was no invoice with the items. I am stuck with 4 tunics that do not fir the staff. Appalling service. really disappointed.

Hi Muhammad I can see you ordered 1 bottle green small scrub top & 2 royal blue small scrub tops on the 30th June, which are showing as all dispatched to you on the 1st July.
