“Ordered a shirt for a funeral with 48 delivery. Shirt never arrived in time and to add to that it’s now been 7 days and I still haven’t received the shirt. Please return my money and try and retrieve your item from where ever it is, that’s if it ever got dispatched. Will not be a returning customer.”

“Well I ordered from you twice,each time you sent an email with a tracking number. This said that my order had been dispatched 5 days later you said I had been refunded the item is STILL show on your website as in stock ,iam sure someone at vault has some knowledge how to update a website I've gone to guide direct and paid 10 pound more but I've got the item I wanted Would I recommend you ,definitely not”

“Only one of two suits ordered have arrived. I have tried calling but the line just gets cut off. I have emailed but have had no reply! Unhappy and rather concerned. I will be trying again tomorrow for a response.”

“The shirt was bought as a present It arrived in a very poor plastic bag where the shirt had fallen and screwed up at the bottom of the bag Given the cost it could have been sent in better packaging I do not feel I can give this as a present with out ironing it”
