From start to finish, the whole process was explained to well. The staff were all amazing and very caring and the follow up care was first class. I would certainly recommend Veincentre to anyone wanting to have a procedure done.

Appointments always went ahead on time. The consultant always put me at my ease making the whole experience pleasant and informative. Good pre and post information and recovery went well

My clots in the upper left leg were picked up immediately. The seriousness of the situation was explained and an injection, prescription and sound advice followed promptly.

Very pleasant welcome and atmosphere both in Reception and in consultation. The Dr and nurse created a very relaxed experience. The explanations of treatment were clear and instilled confidence.

Consultant was rude and patronising. Procedure poorly explained. It was assumed I would be booking treatment rather than having an open discussion. Approach felt unprofessional.

David and Helen were absolutely great. Very professional without losing the personal attitude that is required with patients in any setting. I was spoken to with clarity and care which can often be difficult to achieve. Thanks to both of you and everyone in the entire premises who were so good to my wife too after her little mishap.
