I was made to feel very welcome by all of this staff at the Bristol office and the consultation was very pleasant.

I noticed one or two veins swollen ,plus threadveins,so I made an appointment at the Birmingham Centre, the staff and doctor made me feel at ease! Problem not has bad has I thought, but some work is needed,explained in full all the treatments and possible side effects, looking forward to my next visit, 😀

Receptionist was lovely and made tea for me. The consultant was ok but I felt he didn't like me or have a lot of time for me. The assisting nurse interrupted the consultant continually, with her "advice".

From the moment I was greeted it was an excellent professional service by all members of the team. Very friendly staff made me feel comfortable and the cleanliness of the whole building was immaculate. Customer service is excellent in person via email and on the phone. Would highly recommend.

I have only been for my consultation so far and a scan of my legs. From going in , the receptionist was really friendly and offered me a drink as soon as i arrived, then dr diwakar and his assistant who were really friendly and talked me through everything that was going to happen on the day of the procedure and how long it will take for me to see results. Really happy so far 👍

Very welcoming felt very relaxed from the start. Even though I was very nervous. Talked through my whole procedure. Made it very clear and I am very happy to go on with my vein treatment. 😊😊

Communication very good. A bit annoyed that I had to wait half an hour at the consultation - worse than the NHS. Very nice reception lady who made me a coffee and apologised for the wait - said they were running ten minutes late!! Helpful patient advisory service. Need to delete delivery time as not valid.

My first visit to the Veincentre in Colchester went smoothly. I was a bit nervous but staff made me feel at ease and the receptionist greeted me in a friendly manner. The Consultant explained the procedures thoroughly and was happy to answer any questions I had.

From my first arrival at reception I found all the staff to be very reassuring and made me feel confident enough to proceed with treatment. The consultant and nurse were excellent, I could not have asked for better.

I couldn't be happier with the consultation process from the very courteous and helpful clinic staff to Dr Navin Mathias and the excellent way he described the procedure using a very relaxed, knowledgeable friendly style that put me fully at ease. I would highly recommend the clinic, the consultation process and the accompanying very informative clinical report that followed soon after the consultation.
