A lot of research went into my choice of the Veincentre and it was a good choice. From the warm welcoming smiles to the patient and comprehensive explanation of the ultrasound scan, my experience of the Vein Centre was a very positive one. Treatment options were laid out and a written report arrived by email a week later. I would thoroughly recommend The Veincentre.

The experience meeting everyone was lovely. We were straight away put at ease by the receptionist. The Doctor explained about the procedure and made me feel more confident. The VeinCentre itself was a very relaxing place to be. So thank you to you all.

Excellent first impressions. The receptionist was friendly and professional and Staff nurse Julie Woof and Dr Kakani were such nice people as well as being extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn't fault the experience 10 out of 10.

My experience of the treatment at the Exeter Veincentre was excellent. The initial consultation was informative and reassuring and any queries I had were dealt with sympathetically. My treatment went smoothly. Dr Guiness was professional but friendly and approachable. Emily, the nurse, explained every procedure as it happened and was very good at distracting! I was able to phone the centre when I had a concern and was answered quickly. I am very pleased with the results of my treatment and can't quite believe how much better my legs look and feel. Many thanks.

My discovery of Veincentre is probably not unique. I rang The Market Weighton Doctors to be told someone would ring me back. They never did. I rang again to get the same response. The second time someone rang me from Bridlington, some 40 miles away only to be told i should contact my GP ! I had been in some discomfort for many months with raised veins constantly aching legs and one calf larger than the other. They refused to see me !! Some months later i rang again only to be told to ring 101. A friend found me The Veincentre on her phone, and from the first contact it was like entering another world. I was quickly seen by the wonderful consultant at Willerby, had a written report identifying the problem and the solution. This week i attended The Hull Clinic at Willerby and had EVLA and foam. Yes, it was uncomfortable, but no more so than i was warned. I have a follow-up appt. booked in 7 weeks. The receptionist , the nurses and the Consultant couldn't have done more. I have to say in conclusion, what a contrast to my local GP practice that clearly didn't care.
