“I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. I had arrived a bit early in case I had not filled in all the information needed. I was offered a cup of tea which welcome as I had travelled from Dunblane. The consultant explained fully what the treatment entailed. Everyone was very helpful and professional.”

“Very welcoming pleasant environment with a delicious coffee given whilst waiting. Tina and the supporting nurse were kind calm and professional. Tina gave a summary of her findings and supplied an information booklet for me to read. There was no pressure to book treatment immediately, but rather to consider the procedure and possible side effects as opposed to benefits.”
