Greeted by a lovely receptionist and we chatted like friend. Then met the consultant who explained everything in detail. I never felt rushed and was able to ask questions. Look forward to my treatment.

I am very impressed with veincentre. From my first telephone call to the actual consultation.everything was explained in detail. The consultant was professional and asked any questions I had.I felt confident and cannot wait to go ahead with the surgery. I have recommended this service to colleagues and friends.

From the beginning of my consultation I felt at ease as everyone from the receptionist onwards were friendly and helpful and professional. I have yet to have my treatment but feel assured it will go well.

I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. I had arrived a bit early in case I had not filled in all the information needed. I was offered a cup of tea which welcome as I had travelled from Dunblane. The consultant explained fully what the treatment entailed. Everyone was very helpful and professional.

Very welcoming pleasant environment with a delicious coffee given whilst waiting. Tina and the supporting nurse were kind calm and professional. Tina gave a summary of her findings and supplied an information booklet for me to read. There was no pressure to book treatment immediately, but rather to consider the procedure and possible side effects as opposed to benefits.

The appointment went perfectly from start to finish. The team: Emma, Vanessa and Dr. Mailli were courteous throughout. The diagnosis and the required treatment were fully explained by Dr. Mailli. Top marks.

I was made to feel comfortable straight away. Everybody was charming and reassuring.The examination was carefully done and discussed with me. I feel confident to go ahead a book the treatment needed.
