“Ich war zufrieden, jedoch war es schwierig, unsere Tickets so zu laden, dass sie Gültigkeit haben. Man musste die Ticketmaster App installieren. Eine Bekannte hat das nicht gewusst und obwzsie den QR code hatte, aber eben nicht im Ticketmaster, konnte sie das Konzert nicht besuchen. Es hatte keine Gültigkeit. Das finde ich sehr ärgerlich”
“Al principio el ticket que me llegó fue incorrecto, pero con el chat, el correo y el asistente vistual, asimismo con la llamada al día siguiente, me sentí siempre asistida, es algo que no debiera pasar, desde el inicio debería verificar lo que se vende, pero no fue así, no se si siempre pase o si solo tuve mala suerte, espero sea la segunda, pero en general resolvieron mi inconveniente, :(.”
“Customer service is very efficient. I bought a ticket, but it was a paper ticket as it was coming from another person. It didn't arrive on time, so I called customer service, and within minutes, they sent me another ticket, this time an e-ticket, and I made it to the event. Great customer support, thanks”

“Was nervous at first to use an international service for tickets to a different country since I was travelling SO far to see Kent in Sweden. But my fears were put to rest as soon as my tickets scanned at the venue. Communication from viagogo was great leading up to the event and when the tickets were put into my account. Very thankful for all the communication and the availability of such hard to get tickets for someone from as far away as the US. Concert was beyond amazing and I would not have been able to attend without Viagogo!”
“I thought I would have a problem, since I never used Viagogo. A small issue in finding my tickets was cleared up with one chat text and the rep was phenomenal. I’m not that swift with new apps, and I felt confident that all 5 concert tickets did transfer. So, I did fly to Las Vegas and enjoyed the concert I booked!”
