I tried to buy tickets twice, the first time I ordered tickets for the Galatasaray Bayern Munich match, they stalled me saying that your tickets would arrive by the match day, but they said they could not provide tickets on the match day. I had come 1000 km for this match. In my second order, although I ordered 10 days in advance, my ticket did not arrive until 4 hours before the match. I wrote to customer service and told them that I wanted to cancel my ticket because even if the ticket arrived after this time, I would not be able to make it to the match. They said they were starting the cancellation process, but the ticket arrived 2 hours before the match and I had a 4-hour drive to go to the match and I still could not go to the match and my money was gone. In conclusion, you cannot trust this site and make plans. This is a site you should stay away from.”

Received an email confirming my purchase
After logging in I've found that the tickets will arrive on the 7th of November to my country (the event on the 8th) the site didn't highlight the delivery date prior or during the checkout
I contacted the Viagogo agent on the chat box, he was completely away from helping me to find a solution to make sure that the ticket will arrive few days before the event so I can manage my flight and accommodation reservations
He said "sorry I can't help you, you have to wait until the 7th of November !"
After a loooong chat with him I didn't find any help from his side
I contacted the help desk again asking the following "what if you deliver the tickets to an address in Vienna will you deduct the international shipping fees and charge me for local delivery fees ?" The amazing answer was NO,

Das ist Wucher, Betrug gepaart mit grottenschlechtem Kundenservice, wobei man diese Bezeichnung hier getrost vergessen kann.
Ich hatte Probleme, die Tickets, die ich weiterverkaufen wollte via Viagogo , da ich keine Ticket ID, URL1…… hatte. Ich habe alles versucht. Mehrfach via Chat oder der App
Kontakt mit „Kundenservice“ gesucht. Nur Robot Chats oder `Mails`, die immer wieder in einer automatisierten Standardantwort und Verweis auf Anleitung mündeten.
Dies E-Mail-Adresse hier habe ich nach langem, langem Suchen gefunden. Jetzt auch Zeit und Ruhe zuhause. Wenn man unterwegs ist,
ist das alles nochmal viel lästiger, anstrengender, umständlicher. Aber da setzen Sie ja scheinbar auch drauf.
Es ist zum Verrücktwerden. Alle Chats und was ich geschrieben habe, natürlich nicht (mehr) sichtbar. App auch nicht mehr brauchbar bezüglich dieses Events.
Macht aber nichts. Die Zahlen sprechen Bände!!!
Hier die Erkenntnis ( das Ticket zeigt erst nur den QR Code an und man kommt nicht drauf, noch weiter runter zu scrollen),

Ich werde hier juristische Schritte unternehmen und genau diese Mail in die Reviews setzen, wenn ich nicht umgehend den Betrag für den Nichtverkauf und einen angemessenen Betrag
für den Ticketpreis zurückbekomme.

When I complained to Viagogo, they told me they do not guarantee seats! This is absolutely outrageous! “Simply horrible. They scammed me for 167EUR. I was buying tickets outside of Eu and the original site transferred me to theirs just for the payment. I did not see the final price nor approved the final price on my phone. Just got an invoice of 167EUR without a possibility of cancelling the payment. “If I only I could put 0 stars. They will have several people handling your issue in order to make it so difficult for you and give up. Andreea, one customer service representative, called me and ASSURED ME they will handle everything, as I requested I did not want to deal with so many different people. Well, They just blatantly lied to me as I never heard back from them again and never received the link to exchange my tickets. This is why I gave up and asked for a full refund.
They will drag your issues until you harass them over email. TIP: call the selling department ( option 2) and ask to be put through to someone in customer department because they will not take your call if your event is further than 3 days away. Turns out to get a refund, it takes 2 seconds over the phone but for some reason they dragged it the issue for two weeks when I asked by email :) disgusting company !!!! They will say they were looking for replacement tickets, but your argent falls short when I asked for a full refund and no exchange ticket but was ignored :)
Do not even bother buying from them, it will be a NIGTMARE !!! If you get paper ticket ( you have to pay like a tenner for them but also pay a tenner for e tickets !! ) they will send it only a few days before the event AND they could be fake. Yeah, they are a reseller scamming their way. They also have / had a lawsuit in Switzerland for scamming so.... just DONT”
