Ta firma to fejk. It concerned order 509717546 purchase of tickets for the Porto match. I sincerely advise against it, it is not the official ticket distributor of the Porto club and the club confirmed that it is "fake" and nothing to do with VIAGOGO. Tickets arrived in Lisbon on the day of the event at 14.30 and the match was of course in Porto, despite many contacts that tickets do not exist and should be delivered 3 days before the event or we asked for electronic tickets, they were promised that they would be sent, but they were not sent by the start time. I do not understand such behavior of this company and of course a refund for tickets was written to us that it is not possible. HJ I advise everyone against this VIAGOGO company and I recommend platforms that have contracts for the distribution of events in a given country. This company is a hoot.

I ordered 4 Phantom of the Opera (Melbourne) tickets on  26 June 2022. The event date is 27 Dec 2022. I ordered early to ensure seats, as this is for my 2 daughters' birthday celebration, and we're travelling interstate to see it. When I searched for tickets, the first results that came up were from Viagogo. I was pressured into buying right away as there was a red & bold phrase that says "there are very few tickets left". (In hindsight, I now realized they're referring to just tickets listed on their website. I didn't know this then because I thought they were like Ticketek or TicketMaster). So I ended up paying $584.73 (Section D Reserve). After purchasing, I received my confirmation email for Order no.501589297. On August 7th, I received an update from Viagogo after I followed up on my tickets. They confirmed by email that I will receive them no later than Dec 6th. Their app also showed this info. On Dec 7th, I checked the app again and the eTickets are still not loaded. I emailed and called customer service as I was getting anxious. I wanted to print the tickets before we travel from Sydney to Melbourne, as we might not have access to a printer there. I then went to read reviews about Viagogo and only then did I realize that they are a 3rd party marketplace/reseller website. Their website did not look like one and I was under the impression I was buying from a legit ticket seller. You can easily be fooled. After a lot of emails, a phone agent named Cesar called me. I was informed that the individual seller of my ticket will load the eTickets and I will receive them on Dec 16th. I was getting anxious because I read reviews from people who paid for overpriced tickets and ended up not receiving them. I didn't want to risk it, so on 09 Dec, I went to the official website of Arts Centre Melbourne (event organizer) and bought my tickets from there. I only had to pay $446.00 for 4 tickets and the seats are better (Section A Reserve). It's $140 cheaper. I also received confirmation that the eTickets will be emailed 3 days prior to the event. That's on 24 Dec. So in this case, why is Viagogo giving me an empty promise that my tickets will be sent on Dec 16th, when the organizer themselves can only send the tickets on 24 Dec? They tell lies just to appease their stressed out customers and to keep them hanging on. So I called Viagogo on Dec 9th to request to cancel my order and have my money returned. I spoke to 3 agents (Daisy, Theresa, and Mitch). They said they will not be able to cancel the tickets. Their only solution was for me to resell or relist the tickets (which I still don't have, by the way). They sent me a link by email, and here I have the option to resell the tickets and even mark up the prices! Since I was left with no other choice, I relisted my 'non-existent' tickets under relisting no. 5740024685. I did not mark it up. I just wanted to get back what I paid for. They said that once I have a buyer, they will notify me and pay me a few days after the event. If there will be no buyers, then they said they will not be able to assist - so I would end up having 4 tickets that I won't be able to use. But I think the more likely scenario would be that I will not receive the tickets and also won't get a refund. By the way, I also got an email that said my re-listing could not be posted to Viagogo, because I haven't uploaded a proof of face value or screenshot of the original purchase of my ticket. How can I do this when I am not the original seller and I have not received any tickets!? It also said "Listings are rejected after 15 days from their creation date. If we don't receive the required proof within that timeframe, we will unfortunately not be able to activate your listing for sale in Australia." Is this a joke? The phone agent told me to disregard that email, but at this point, I don't trust anyone from Viagogo. That is why I am writing everything now to get ready for lodging a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. I also kept all email correspondence just in case. This scam company needs to be closed down for good.

Don't buy tickets from this company. Unable to use a ticket for the England v SA at Twickenham on 26.11.2022 due to ill health I was unsuccessful in attempting to use them to resell it. Having supplied details I was asked time and time again for more info that in the end I gave up trying. They sell you a ticket at a vastly inflated price and then having made their massive profit wash their hands of you.

This company is a scam. Sold me tickets at an extortionate rate. Then resold the same tickets for me she never refunded the money. When logged into ticketmaster it automatically redirects you to this scam site. This site should be made public and people have a right to know about it

We were charged over $146 for two tickets that cost $20 each, plus a small fee and taxes. In other words, we paid almost three times the cost to purchase these tickets ($54 vs. the $146 they charged). Called and they said that was their price and you have no recourse. Will never purchase again from them! Lesson learned...

They don’t care for the ticket purchasers well being. All they do is promote scalpers to buy up and sell tickets for 3 times the price. I accidentally used their service because I am travelling in Thailand and just used the first site promoting the concert I wanted to go. Which just so happened to be Viagogo, the scumiest site of them all. Do yourself a favour and learn from my mistake, DO NOT USE VIAGOGO.

I bought tickets in advance within selected seating area and shortly before the concert viagogo sent me an email that they are not able to provide me with the tickets I bought and offered to switch the seating section to an obviously worse option. I got an option to return money or to be transfered to the very end of the O2 arena without any compensation. So if you buy a "business class" ticket with viagogo you can not be sure you won’t eventually find yourself in "economy".

Awful experience selling for the first time - the company advised my ticket could not be listed - I listened it again uploaded my ticket and they uploaded both listings and sold both of them and advised I was responsible for both - clairo order number 506315580 I’ve spent a week trying to speak to a manager finally spoke to Karen who was awful. Lost out on money, a concert I couldn’t attend and been caused a week full of stress and anxiety. Appalling company.

I took a chance on ViaGoGo and I shouldn't have. This was absolutely the worst service I've ever received from a ticket seller. I tried to purchase a parking pass to a football game at the stadium lots. What they sent me was a parking pass to some restaurant down the streets that ran a shuttle service. Several reps didn't seen to understand the difference. They refused to provide an actual parking pass or a refund. I'll never but from them again and everyone should stay away.

This company does not even deserve one star. They charged me twice for the same tour and I have reached out several times and just keep sending back a pre-written template saying they have looked into my situation and can not help me. They are crooks! They should be put out of business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I was able to secure 3 tickets for the AbuDhabi Grand Prix and received a confirmation by email that all is well. A few minutes later I receive another email stating that my purchase was cancelled and asked me to buy them again. I tried, but to my surprise the price had doubled for exactly the same places. I settled for cheaper ones, paid, purchase confirmed also, only to receive 2 days later that it was cancelled and one more time asking me to try again only to find that the prices have increased. What a scam!

Purchased overpriced tickets to Red Hot Chili Peppers. The concert was cancelled a few hours after I placed the order. I immediately requested a refund, but got a response saying that they needed to get information from the promoter first. A month later I requested a refund again, but they responded saying the concert was not cancelled, just postponed, and that I could post the tickets for resale on their site, but could not get a refund. I tried to reason with them a dozen times, but just kept getting the same response. After giving them another month to be honest, I finally just called my credit card, and they forced Viagogo to refund the money. Avoid Viagogo at all costs, and if you get stuck in their manipulative loop, have your credit card take care of it.
