“Going online to identity the correct wiper blades was so easy and simple to order. Delivery was prompt with tracking facility available. Vipa also emailed a fitting video clip. The quality of the wiper blades was excellent and represented real value for money. The blades were just a third of the price of what the dealership were asking. This is the second time I’ve ordered from Vipa and wouldn’t go any where else.”

“I ordered some wiper blades for my car, these were sent by royal mail delivery on time and arrived in perfect condition. The rating I gave was due to the fact i had constant updates on the delivery progress and even emails containing video tutorials on how to fit the parts I ordered, even though I knew how to fit the parts it was great to receive the additional information and shows a very good level of customer service. I will order again in the future without any hesitation”
