“I bought blades 6 months ago and the rear blade separated from the holder. The delivery was quick and hopefully the new one will last longer, after all the 1 blade wasn't cheap.”

“Ordered for my make and model, received wiper blades, drivers side was perfect but unfortunately passenger side was far too short, spoke to someone at Vipa and they said they would send the correct replacement but nothing yet and as my MOT was due I had to purchase the correct wiper from elsewhere.”

“Ordered from the website a full kit (Fr&Rr), unfortunately only received the front pair in the package. After notifying VIPA this was swiftly rectified. Wipers seem good quality so may order again.”

“Received a pair of wiper blades for my Mazda cx-5. Unfortunately the drivers one is not clearing a part at the right hand side of the windscreen. Not what I expected from a new pair of wiper blades!”

“Before trying to replace I watched your Video, tried several times to fit to no avail and in the process broke the Flimsy clip. They look to me not the correct item as yhe ones I was replacing came out and back in no problem.”

“Despite providing my car registration and confirming the make and model of my car, the wiper blade that arrived had the wrong type of fitting for my wiper arm. They get 3 stars because I was able to swap the old fitting onto the new blade and that seems to have done the trick but the blade was expensive to not have the correct fitting on it”

“For some reason, when I used my Reg to order the correct wiper, it didn't work. So I had to do it manually. They came quick and seemed ok. However when Installed the rear wiper. It fouled the window and broke the rear wiper arm. Therfore I need to buy a whole assembly, which is a pain. I didn't bother with contacting Viper as I think it would be more hassle than its worth.”

“Front blades fit fine, rear one doesn’t. Tried contacting Vipa email bounces back, chat is IA and keeps telling you the same thing no resolution. Not impressed 👎 could do better.”

“Excellent quality wiper blades, cleared the window instantly, however the rear wiper blade clip did not fit my cars u-bend, however I was able to get the clip off the old wiper so no real issue, maybe just something to consider otherwise would be 5*”
