“Doesn’t fit my car, as I have a hook arm not a bayonet”

“They fit the car yes, but when I go to spray my window wash to clean my windows (the holes are attached to the wipers), the screen wash just completely misses the window and flys off to the side completely missing my window acting like a water pistol”

“Ordered a "set" of wipers for my car, i.e. two front and one rear, Box arrived very quickly but upon opening it only contained the front wipers. Tried ringing the help phone number several times only to get no awnser and unable to leave a message as the recorder was full. Sent an email now been several days with no responce, just have to keep trying!”

“I used the online ‘check your reg’ tool to find the right wipers for my car but they didn’t fit. I email the help@ address to ask for info on how to change/return them and they didn’t reply. I phoned the number on the website and it was never answered. I did manage to find a returns process buried on the website.”

“unfortunately the windscreen wipers were not the correct ones for my vehicle The fittings were totally different I am now out of pocket as I had to buy the correct ones from my garage”

“Despite inputting my registration number, the wiper blades did not fit my car. The returns process was pretty simple to follow and I have had confirmation of receipt however I am still awaiting my refund, which should usually take 3-5 days but they have advised 14 days for some reason.”

“Not really impressed put them to my car today 31/1/26 first issue the back wiper blade didn’t fit and my second issue the front wipers was leaving streaks and smudges on my windscreen. I end up putting my old ones back on.”

“Order delivered quickly but missing two wiper blades. Attempts to contact them by email (3x) failed. Phone calls go straight to voicemail. Not looking good! If no response, will get credit card refund. Pity, as the initial delivery was quick.”
