“Not impressed by web site, put in reg, and ordered the one suggested, but when arrived did not fit. Now have to chase around locally, should have done this in first place. Will not used this site again. TP”

“2 stars id give more but when arrived it was all out of a box saying its premium quilty you expect them to be in a proper box not lose in a brown box so doesnt feel premium to me, they still streak and smear and rear does connect fully to the window, all this hype for nothing tbh going to get them change”

“Put in index, only showed rear wiper. Looked on site to find front wipers. In end made up index then was able to pick all blades for my car.”

“I received my wipers blades and they are good and cone promp. But I bought car mats too as a package deal for discount. And have been waiting over 7 weeks now . Ive been intouch with Vipa 3 time and they replied. But now no reply from vipa and no car mats very disappointed”

“Previous orders have been spot on, latest order gave me incorrect wipers using my car reg and I didn't notice until they arrived. Have emailed and hopefully this will get corrected. Reducing rating as have had no response to my E-Mail.”

“Wrong parts sent. No reply to three emails to the contact email. So decided to just return the items, which is really easy and a great service, and just ordered again..... Lets hope they send the right parts on this order...........”
