“I've been using these wiper blades for several years now and apart from wearing out with use they've been great, I just ordered a new set for my mot and unfortunately the rear wiper was incorrect, I was going to ring but as it was gone 6 I sent an email and I actually received an answer within the hour and I received the new blade within 2 days. Very rare I do reviews but felt I must.”

“This was an exercise in total time wasting as the blades were wrong in every way they were too long.They didn't fit the ends of the arms even though the registration was given.”

“It was the first time that I have used Vipa Car Parts, it was an excellent service. I do not think that I have ever ordered an item, had an immediate confirmation by email, then 10 minutes later received a despatch message too! The parts arrived on schedule, well done. The wiper parts fit superbly and work well in the recent wetter than wet weather! I will use their services again.”

“I used the online ‘check your reg’ tool to find the right wipers for my car but they didn’t fit. I email the help@ address to ask for info on how to change/return them and they didn’t reply. I phoned the number on the website and it was never answered. I did manage to find a returns process buried on the website.”

“Hi I ordered these blades on Monday and by Wednesday morning they were at my door I was expecting them to be a week before they came and there the correct ones I went to Halfords and such but they didn't have the ones that I needed , but it was outside removal of the old ones and put the new ones straight on job done”

“First of all id like to start with the delivery time , it was so quick and I was delighted when I received my new wipers , which were well packaged. The blades themselves have a quality feel about them like the ones you pay almost double the price for. The fitting time took minutes, not even 5 minutes . The blade fits perfectly on the windscreen to give you a clean and clear wipe . Absolutely delighted with them and will be purchasing again for the Mrs & children's cars . 5☆”

“8 days with no delivery. Royal mail not received the parcel yet so tracking number not activated. Cannot call customer service... Call cuts out as the inbox storage is full. Email sent no response. I honestly feel like I've been scammed! I cannot recommend Vipa at all.”
