“On inspection they look good quality but on my 23 plate Hyundai Tuscon they are shorter than standard and the ones they said match my car registration number don’t fit. I’m trying to do a return but their system doesn’t accept the order numbers/ references so 24 hours later I’m still waiting for a reply”

“The way that VIPA uses the car registration number to identify the right car part is very clever. It really helps customers to be assured that they've ordered the appropriate part for the vehicles age and model. VIPA are missing a trick though because the same system could be used to provide relevant but easy installation instructions online for the particular car. For example my Mercedes manual didn't mention that you have to have the driver's door open during the process of getting the wipers to be static and vertical ready to be serviced.”

“This was my 3rd purchase (3 different cars) awesome value for the money and a lot cheaper than Halfords or places like that plus Halfords don't sell the rear wiper blade. Will carry on telling others about viper car parts and buying from them at least wiper blades 👍”

“This is my second time ordering from Vipa. The wipers are reasonable for the price. I got a decent 6 months out of them. They’re also one of the few that will deliver to Northern Ireland. One annoying thing with this recent order is that I ordered three packs of wipers for both my car and my wife’s car and all six wipers were just thrown together in a single box with no indication which wipers were for which car. There were no parts numbers on the website either to help so had to figure it out without assistance. An elastic around each matching set wouldn’t go amiss.”
