“Absolutely shocking customer service I received wipers with the wrong fitting even though this was not an option when I purchased them it went off my registration number plate. I have tried to contact by phone and the help desk no response other than a very frustrating automated system. Positives is they were well packaged unfortunately been 4 days now and still no response.”

“Easy to fix - as long as you lay out your new wipers on the bonnet in the identical orientation as the old ones are. Otherwise you will find there are THREE WRONG WAYS to mount them!”

“They are good product, but I ordered the wrong set and only got the front ones. So reorder tne full set. Confused by set and full set. Also why the rear one on it own was so much more that in the full set”

“Not at all good I'm afraid. Item has supposedly been sent back by the courier, tried calling, several times, never a reply, tried emailing, no response, finally sent in a request via the chat section of the app... and was finally asked to leave a review. Would still like to have the items ordered, but as I can't talk with someone... who knows?”

“This is the second set I have bought from Viper. I had problems with juddering on the manufactures original ones. (Skoda karoq) I bought another set from the dealer but the same problem continued. I came across these on a website and decided to give they a try. Simple to fit in a few minutes .no fiddling around with clips and no more juddering. A clean sweep every time no streaking and quiet. Plenty of feedback in customer reviews and next day delivery (RM) with a first class customer service thrown in. Competitive pricing makes Viper a go to place first choice.”
