“I’m not happy at all none off my wipers fit! The front ones are too big and overhang the windscreen and the rear wiper doesn’t fit onto the wiper arm, I have emailed you 3 times and have no response as of yet for how to return them and get a full refund”

“I ordered wipers for my bz4x which arrived in 3 days, but they do not fit my car. I messaged straight away, to which I recieved an automated reply saying someone would email me. I did not recieve an email. So I tried to ring and I could not get through as "the box was full". So I emailed them again to which I have had no reply which I find diabolical. Delivery 10/10 wipers 1/10 customer service 0/10 would I buy from these again? NO”

“First delivery of my wipers were the wrong fitting. I contacted Vipa straight away, and had correct fitting wipers delivered within 48hrs. Excellent service and wipers work perfectly well.”
