“Great wiper blades and great fitting instructions”

“Ordered on a Sunday night, used the 48 hr tracker. Wasn't here by Thursday I emailed and they said they would get it sorted. Arrived on the Saturday. Wiper blades very good quality just the delivery that was annoying. Thanks anyway!”

“It is easy to just accept an on line purchase it all goes to plan but the true mark of a good company is when something goes wrong and how they react. I received one of my wiper blades damaged and I emailed them straight away to explain this complete with photographs. Then the same afternoon I had a reply with an apology and assurance that a replacement will be in the post. Two days later there was the replacement complete with another spare. That's the quality of service that you get with Vipa Parts. Great parts and great customer service what more can you ask.”
