“Despite inputting my registration number, the wiper blades did not fit my car. The returns process was pretty simple to follow and I have had confirmation of receipt however I am still awaiting my refund, which should usually take 3-5 days but they have advised 14 days for some reason.”

“Ordered new wipers, entered car registration- one sent did not fit, emailed photos and quickly received an email saying new ones had been located and would be sent out. Can’t ask fairer than that, just hope these fit!”
