“I bought 3 sets of wipers for family cars. Only tried fitting 1 set 2 months after purchase & they didn't fit, despite ordering what had been displayed for reg. I contacted Vipa who were very quick to respond & promptly sent out the correct set without quibbling at all, very impressed with the customer service I received as well as the price for all 3 complete sets of wipers. Would definitely recommend & wouldn't hesitate to use again”

“Order a set of 3 Wiper Blades for my Volvo as recommended on the site. When they arrived, the fronts were the wrong fittings. After a couple of email exchanges, the correct ones were located and sent to reoplace the initial delivery. I was told not to bother sending them back.\ I cannot fault the great and friendly service from Vipa. I will certainly getting my wipers from them aiin in the future for all our vehicles.”

“The best customer service I have received in a long time. Spent days trying to source a replacement wiper for my Maserati. £70 from the internet and that was just for the 18" passenger side.. Don at Vipa went all out to source the exact design and fit 17.99 for the pair, left and right. Don't let other sellers tell you their wiper or blade will fit and match your Maserati, they will not.”

“The only place I could find with aftermarket wiper blades for my peugeot 508 gen 2 estate. £25 for a full set, againt £75 for the front 2 from almost everywhere else. Arrived really quickly, I think they are better than the original ones. Great service”
