“9 days after ordering my part still haven't arrived. I had plenty of emails telling me they are on their way. The parts may be good or bad. There's no telling until they arrive.”

“I received my wipers blades and they are good and cone promp. But I bought car mats too as a package deal for discount. And have been waiting over 7 weeks now . Ive been intouch with Vipa 3 time and they replied. But now no reply from vipa and no car mats very disappointed”

“Excellent service.....through an error on my behalf , the wipers were sent to the wrong address, but having emailed the company, they sent a replacement set to the correct address. Their customer service was second to none.”

“Only just fitted the wipers so cannot yet comment on the product quality but, I had a problem with the courier and the Vipa customer service was excellent - my emails were answered quickly and a resolution was in place within 2 working days.”

“I’ve used Vipa a few times now, and on each occasion I have had fabulous and speedy service. The wiper blades supplied have been the correct ones without having to make any fiddly adjustments or adding any clips etc making the fitting really easy. The blade themselves are good quality and provide a really clean wipe. I highly recommend this company.”
