Incredibly bad only saved by the dedication of the driver guide. As another passenger referred to you lot correctly..."the bottom of the food chain"!~ I thought of lodging a formal compliant with the tourist authority as your operations do not pas health and safety requirements. Your vehicle old and in poor condition and obviously lacking in proper maintenance. The lunch poor. A thawed supermarket cheap bit of hamburger meat a couple of tomatoes and a lettuce and a bit of cheese to do over 15 people.

We did the a lot of problems with this Agency and we were really unhappy about our experience. We bought a tour, exactly "the 3 day goanna dreaming red centre 4wd tour", because in internet site it seemed very well organized and “with a higher level of comfort” respect the budget solution. In the web-site they talk about “comfortable, air-conditioned 4wd truck ....with a maximum of 17 travellers “. Well, first of all the travellers were 20, but this was not the problem. The first real problem was the truck’s conditions: the air conditioning/heater didn’t work, the microphone didn’t work (it was a Guided tour!) and our seatbelts were broken ( with the Australian obligation to fasten seatbelts!). Second: we’ve paied for “an indigenous cultural exchange at Uluru included an Aborigenal Guided walk” and in Uluru we did the visit with at least 50 people: do you think we have appreciate this cultural experience? We couldn’t hear nothing! Third: we spent 865 AUD (+ Fields of Light) per person to have breakfast, lunch and dinner: lunch was a "self-made"sandwich and dinner was a plate of pasta... This is not what people think to find buying this tour. Besides, we have reported an intollerance for onions and peppers (my husband): the first night ok, but in the second dinner there were onions and peppers everywhere (except in boiled white rice.....what a dinner!) Finally, in the morning of third day, the truck it has never started again! Really, we are not surprise of this considering the truck condition.... At first time, the Guide tried to recharge battery but he was not able. So, someone said to try to push the truck and some travellers including children started pushing with no results. Final act: it came a tractor and someone thinked to make the tractor push directly the truck, before in front and after behind, breaking it! We think it was a dangerous situation, managed in a very bad way. The worse experience in Australia!

Sorry to say but we wouldn't chose Wayoutback Tours again. This is because we are in our late 50's and feel your website was not clear about the length and extent of the walks. The other reason for saying this, is the bus driver was not transparent with information, despite asking for details about things, his default response was "let's wait until everyone is together".

It was not at all what we expected. We wasted over an hour waiting for a delayed flight, with little updates from the guide. As a company, I would have thought that a backup plan would be in place in situations like these so the rest of the group is not penalized for a delay out of anyone's control. Instead, we sat in bus with no info or guidance for over an hour and missed a visit at the cultural center. When we joined the rest of the group who was already at the cultural center, people waiting there were displesed too. Our guide was confrontational with our fellow travelers who voiced their dissatisfaction. We thought he would spend time to give us explanations or information about the indigenous population in Australia, but he kept to himself most of the time and barely spoke with the travelers. When he did give us information about the indigenous population, his comments sound rather racist. We only did the 1.5 day tour while the rest of the group were on the longer 3 day tour. I had no idea that we were just lumped together with the other group and it made us feel like we were just an after thought. I'm in the travel industry myself and I know what a good guide and a well run program look like. This was definitely a disappointment.

Due to a broken arm, we could not go on the trip. Since we didn't get anything back from you guys, and the insurence company only gave us back a little more than 30 %, the whole experience was double awful.
