The tour Leader and the Itinerary were outstanding. However the bus airconditioning did not work and the tour group was well over the advertised numbers. This made it quite uncomfortable. I emailed but never received a reply to my concerns. I would not go with this tour again.

It has lots of room for improvement especially the truck nearly lost air conditioning as the driver had to keep resetting from under the truck. If without air con the whole trip would have been a disaster for all and those at the rear would be worst hit, when they are already copping the bumpy ride. Better food and accommodation need to be considered. I dont think i will recommend to anyone except 4* budget travellers n backpackers. I know its campsite but at least give us a working light in the tent. The driver cum cook cum tour guide cum aircon mechanic must be given credit. Very aussie spirited. Can do. Find her and reward her.

It was fun... But! The communication was a little bit like a disaster... Booked one package, day of departure it turned out that I booked 2 different tours with different groups and guides🤔

This tour was advertised to Jim Jim and Twin Falls. Knowing Twin Falls was inaccessible, the tour was the same price and just took much longer at just Jim Jim....in fact painfully long and padded out. Another small attraction could have been added in, after all the pricing was for an all day tour to 2 major falls. Felt ripped off and misinformed.

The tour took us to the nature and we really enjoyed. The reason why I have 3 stars is because it was not kids friendly. There are about 15 adult and 2 kids in the tour. Kids were always the last one to line up for and expected to eat faster than other adults. As a result, we had different time to be on bus which was not kind to kids. If there were the option, kids should be the first line to serve the food and that would get extra time and can finish their time.

I didn't like the management of the group. i think more authority could be usefull. My children and i made the dish washing for the entire group every day since famillys did nothing (always an emergency at THE moment). The guide told us it was always like that. but everybody pay the same price and so everybody has to be treated the same way. Also, one trek had to be canceled because "some of the people could follow the group". I thhink there should be an aletrnative for pepole who can't follow the group so the one who can won't be "punished". This experience made me learn that i will never do a trip with a group again....

we booked this tour expecting it to be less basic than it actually was. Nature was btiful/gorgeous, quide was nice and good, cook 2nd day : great. Tents, blankets: poor. No light in the tents. Great camelracing festival going on on 1st campside: earplugs were handed. No silent night under the stars ;-) No kangaroos seen (but that's not a thing that can be arranged). No water in the second campsite. Breakfast poor. On the whole: it was a good experience but less than expected.
