“This company goes beyond to ensure you get the perfect chair - with this particular chair it was not perfect - it had defects in the operation mechanics. Wellworking collected the defective chair and delivered its replacement (another brand) with the assurance that the 14-day trial period started over again- brilliant!”

“Absolutely brilliant company! Easy to order, got emails every day infringing me when my chair would arrive. Had an email saying my chair has been delivered when it hadn’t! I was worried so called them and straight away they confirmed the email was an error and the chair arrived exactly when they said it would It’s a beautiful, sturdy chair, we are v happy so thank you!”

“I bought a Herman Miller Sayl chair from Wellworking back in February 2021. Brilliant chair and I had good communication with Wellworking regarding delivery. I opted to get my chair delivered directly via a third party, rather than having Wellworking come out and assemble the chair for me (which was a very generous option). Recently my chair developed a small fault on the arm rest padding - I contacted Wellworking, as my chair was still very much inside the 12 year Herman Miller warranty and the whole thing was taken care of. I had provided a picture of the arm rest and shortly after replacements were at my door. No drama, no messing around. I have recommended Wellworking to a couple of people now. The website is clear, easy to use and the staff are helpful and knowledgable. The recent arm rest fault shows that good aftercare is also there.”

“From ordering to delivery the service was excellent. I made a mistake ordering and it was picked up immediately and remedied. The courteous delivery driver unwrapped the chair and demonstrated it making sure it was to my satisfaction before leaving.”

“I never usually give reviews but we were so impressed with Wellworking that I felt I really had to The order process was easy and our chair arrived promptly but unfortunately it was not the colour we expected. This was our error but Wellworking were only too happy to collect the chair and deliver the colour we wanted, once again very promptly. All the staff we had contact with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have a fantastic range of chairs and my daughter is very comfortable with her Herman Miller Verus chair. A first-class service.”
