“Excellent service. The person delivering the chair was much more than a delivery person - they clearly had a great deal of knowledge about chairs, particularly those from Herman Miller. Attention to the proper use of the chair and my comfort very welcome.”

“The communication with Wellworking was very clear and they delivered our chair in less than two days. The delivery, assembly and set up was done by Phil, and it was one of the most fun and wholesome customer experiences we've ever had. He was knowledgeable, funny, extremely friendly; he explained how to get the most out of our chair, what kind of desk we should be looking for, gave tailored advice based on how we work, all in a kind and relaxed manner full of humour. We had no hesitation naming our chair, Phyllis, after him.”

“Super quick delivery. Chap dropped to the door. Offered to bring it in the house for me, but no need. Told me if there were issues just report and they'll get another rone put. First class.”

“The best home delivery experience ever!. I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron 2 on Saturday and it was delivered by the following Wednesday. Communication from Wellbeing was excellent at every step, and the home delivery was by far the best I have ever experienced. It was delivered by Paul who works for Wellbeing, and he was friendly, knowledgeable and someone who knows and appreciates a quality product. I will definitely be ordering from Wellbeing again in the future.”

“I bought a Herman Miller Verus Chair from Well Working. Long wait for delivery but they were upfront about this and the chair was delivered when they said it would be. Good communication from the company, it arrived on the day and time period they said and the gentleman who delivered the chair was excellent with very good customer service.”

“Very professional and helpful both on the phone and email. I had progress reports all the way and my chair was delivered quickly and with a smile.
