“Brilliant service from beginning to end! Wellworking is a friendly team of professionals who know their products very well and are eager to help and advise without being in the least bit pushy. My showroom visit to test several Herman Miller chairs was unrushed and entirely worth the journey as I came away with the chair I actually needed rather than the one I thought I wanted! Delivery was on time and included assembly, packaging removal, a demonstration of the chair’s functions, links to online tutorials and a direct phone number for any further questions or concerns. Thanks and very well done to all.”

“Great communication, fast delivery, exchange arranged next day after trying a product and deciding on a different chair, can’t recommend enough. Ordered two chairs and delivery driver explained features and made sure I was happy before leaving.”

“Outstanding, couldn't ask for better service - excellent price and speedy delivery. All staff were very efficient - email queries were answered in detail and very quickly. Having previously paid £30 to return a chair to a different company, it was so good to know that, if I was not happy with this one, I would be able to have it collected at no cost.”

“I dont write reviews of services or goods as a rule but felt compelled by my experience of dealing with Wellworking. I ordered online, which is par for the cause these days but the purchase price was very reasonable so that was attractive. The delivery time was stated as 2-3 days which I was happy with and I got an email from a real person to confirm that. I then got another email to say the order would be delivered the next day between 8 and 9 am (not 2-3 days). It arrived promptly at 8 am. Delivered by someone who works for Wellworking, not a courier. The item was fully erected and pre-inspected and tested, so I didn't need to do that. The delivery person offered to carry it into the house and place it in the correct room, I declined but the offer was there. Simply put you don't really get better than that these days do you?”

“My order arrived quickly and safely. The chair was already assembled and ready to use. The delivery men were Wellworking staff (I could see the logo on their uniform). They kindly lifted the chair over the doorstep for me, unwrapped it and then asked if I wanted it moved to a particular location in the house. I said that wasn't necessary but it was nice of them to offer. They informed me that I can return the chair for a full refund for any reason within the next 14, and they would come and pick it up free of charge. I think that's amazing customer service. Although I have no plans on returning the chair because I'm very happy with it.”

“Excellent service and really fast delivery. The courier was friendly and gave helpful advice on the chair I bought. He assembled the chair and removed all the packaging for me! I was given a 1-hour time slot the day before the delivery. Overall very happy with Wellworking. Highly recommended.”

“Hello, I had a lovely man by the name of Phil who delivered my Herman Aeron Chair. He was so helpful in suggesting good points about how to use the chair effectively and getting the best out of my new chair so my body would get the best out of it in return. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about his work and helping the community of workers who spend alot of time on the computer. Thanks Phil!!.
