“fantastic service all round, how i wish all companies were like this, as wellworking all take a great pleasure in pleasing customers. they also only sell really great productsi really cannot recommend enough! David who delivered the chair (they do their own deliveries) completed the whole experience by explaining the chair thoroughly and saying to contact with any problems..also best price for mirra 2 i could find”

“Chair (white leather) is beautiful and works perfectly (all the features). The wellworking team worked around my schedule (needed a weekend delivery) and helped me set up the chair and mat, so it would work for me. Absolutely love it and much appreciate the service I've received!”

“Forthright and helpful customer service (no jazz hands, no costly bolt-ons). Swift delivery time; received within a couple of days of purchasing online with timely, well worded updates along the way. No fuss with packaging or wrapping. All that was taken away at the door. Good stuff.”

“After researching Herman Miller dealers and retailers, I am glad to have chose wellworking for my purchase. “Wellworking impressively manage to achieve the friendly, personal service you expect from a smaller company with the professional efficiency you might expect from a larger one. From my initial phone conversation to get advice on which chair to buy to the setup of my chair by David (the man from the video!), I had all my expectations surpassed. I did however find the website a little difficult to navigate and thought it had too much detail on it e.g. I did not immediately appreciate the difference between "online store" and "precision service" Also, I wish there was the option of having a non-black Mirra2 under the precision service, or at least within a several week timeframe.”

“I was willing to pay slightly more for my Herman Miller chair for the ability to have a free return service with WellWorking, and it was definitely the right decision. I was able to buy 2 of the same chair in different colours to see which one I preferred, knowing that I could freely send one back. The service was impeccable — very communicative at every step, friendly and efficient delivery and return. Will most definitely use their service again in the future.”
