“I'm very please with the experience I had! I bought a Henry Miller Mirra2 chair. The delivery time was as said when bought. All my queries were answered immediately over the telephone. When expecting an email I also received a telephone call to reassure about the slot of the delivery. When the chair arrived, Philip had a very good knowledge of all the functionalities of the chair. Explained everything in a very easy way making sure that we did understand and adjusting the chair to the owner. The chair arrived in perfect conditions!”

“Really impressed with this company. I bought Herman Miller chairs from them on the basis of no fuss 14 day returns. All delivered on time and when asked to return they sorted it out over online chat and collected within a few days. Obviously these are expensive chairs and I didn’t want to be stuck with chairs that I didn’t get on with. In the end I settled for the Mirra2 after trying the Aeron. Customer service is spot on and would recommend them to anyone, even Herman Miller themselves, which I had multiple issues with and had to chase up for collections and refunds. Wellworking is also cheaper than HM!!”

“I bought a Herman Miller chair from Wellworking recently, The website was clear and easy to understand and to order through, and I received several emails and updates prior to delivery (which only took 3 working days from the date of order, despite me living out in the sticks somewhat). Wellworking have their own logistics team and the man who delivered it was probably the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable delivery man I've ever come across - he talked in detail about the qualities of the product I'd bought, how best to set it up etc. All in all I'm very pleased - I was recommended both the chair and Wellworking by a couple of people I know and would happily pass that recommendation on to other people following my experience.”

“Absolute top quality service from Wellworking. Delivery was scheduled between 10:30-11:30 and the driver arrived promptly at 10:30. David walked my new Aeron chair up with me to the office and spent 20 minutes giving me a thorough demonstration and set it up to suit my posture. He was a real pleasure to deal with and very experienced in the Herman Miller range which was a relief as the controls are very precise. David assured me I'd bought the "Rolls-Royce" of chairs and after spending 2 days sitting in it I believe he's absolutely right. I'll never look back - no wonder it's still the best benchmark in ergonomic task chairs. Very happy indeed.”

“Excellent chair at a great price and delivered in a couple of days. I ordered my Herman Miller chair on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived on Friday morning. I was given a 1 hour time slot for the delivery and so I didn’t have to wait around. Would highly recommend!”
