“My new office chair was delivered this week and I am delighted with it. After almost 2 years of sitting on a dining chair to work up to 5 hours a day, I can already feel a huge difference in how I feel physically at the end of the day. I chose the SAYL chair for its looks initially, then went and tried it out in my local department store. I suffer from occasional lower back pain so I find the design of the seat back very comfortable and supportive. It encourages me to sit correctly whilst at the computer, but also allows me to lean back and relax when I'm on the phone. I stumbled across Wellworking when looking for a price comparison online. I hadn't heard of them before but my experience of buying from them has been seamless. It was easy to order and customise my chair online; I chose a non-standard colour so it took a few weeks to arrive, but I was kept up to date with the anticipated delivery date and was called the day before to confirm a 1-hour slot. The gentleman who delivered the chair was polite, friendly and knowledgeable; he carried the chair upstairs to my office and then spent plenty of time showing me how to set it up correctly and how to get the best from it. This is definitely not something you get when ordering from a department store! All in all, a seamless experience from Wellworking that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“This was my first proper task chair purchase - I've had cheap chairs from Argos and Ikea before, but never a proper brand name chair such as a Herman Miller or Vitra before. Website is good - pretty easy to find what you're looking for. You can search via in stock or made to order, as well as faceting down to brand, price, etc. The usual. I needed advice on which chair might be most suitable, and the online chat was helpful in that regard. I chose my chair, purchased using the interest free option, and a couple of days later the chair was delivered (not by a courier but by an employee of well working from Scotland). The only gripe I might have is looking on the internet at unboxing videos, the chair I ordered seems to come in a box for most people who ordered it, mine came in a bag. I would guess because mine was an in stock item rather than custom made direct from Herman Miller. There was no damage to the chair, but I did have a mini panic when I saw it hadn't got any real protection during transit. Chair is great, easy to set up, even if it wasn't there's videos online and Wellworking will do a call with you to show you how to set it up. Can't complain - good price, good service, good website. Would recommend.”

“From the assistance from Paul before I placed the order for a HermanMiller Mirra 2 chair, to Philip's courtesy call confirming delivery, right through to David the delivery and set-up chap leaving, the customer experience with Wellworking has been incredible – good old-school client care from start to finish. Wellworking genuinely care about every single part of the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them simply on the strength of their customer care, but add in an incredible product to the mix and they provide the complete package that is sure to guarantee very happy and satisfied customers. “Easy check out on their website. The chair arrived in 3 business day in perfect condition. If you read this review in a long time, I’ve made this order in the middle of the COVID crisis when all delivery were overbooked and online companies extremely busy. Even in this condition they managed to deliver the item on time.”

“The advice on the phone at the start was excellent, and really helped deciding which chair to buy. My Herman Miller chair is worth every penny and I love my lamp - outstanding design, and thought. Well-working organised the delivery and the one hour time slot was so helpful, and the fact that they put the chair together and offered training in using it as well as after sales support is great.”

“Despite having one of the best prices for the task chair I wanted they also provide great customer service. Instead of using a third party courier my chair was delivered and installed by an enthusiastic Wellworking employee who took me through all the adjustments and gave me additional tips on optimising my posture.”
