“Very good communication, rearranged delivery when I could not accommodate the proposed day. Delivery driver (Alistair) took the time to explain use of the product and where to find additional support. Recommended!”

“Excellent. Next day delivery. Unfortunately the chairs we ordered were not quite what we expected (Herman Miller Sayl), we found them really uncomfortable and for the price we were expecting a lot more. Will be returning. Service was excellent, received an email the day before stating when the delivery will be. Would definitely recommend.”

“Very pleased with my purchase. I ordered the Herman Miller Aeron Exec from Wellworking - cheapest price on the net by a long way and good communication. Delivery date for next day but unfortunately on arrival realised the wrong size had been sent out - size C rather than a size B. Delivery staff very apologetic and offered to let me use the C until the B arrives. I declined this very generous and kind offer. My chair arrived three days later although outside of the delivery slot I was given due to traffic in London on a Friday. On arrival received a super informative demo on how to use the chair and gentleman even helped to set it up according to my desk and gave me tips on best footrest to purchase. Overall, an excellent professional company who are great to deal with - I would highly recommend.”

“Wonderful company! I bought an office chair and got it delivered in just a couple of days. After having to deal with a few other shops struggling to provide good service (which on the other hand is understandable, given the circumstances), this was a breath of fresh air!”

“Fantastic experience from start to finish. Easy ordering of a fantastic new chair for my home office with good communications from Wellworking after sales and for delivery. The chap delivering was also very knowledgeable and along with explaining the different functions/adjustments suggested reaching back to the team for any questions I had later down the line as they wanted to ensure I got the most out of it!”

“The whole process of buying the Aeron chair from Wellworking was smooth from order to delivery. The chair arrived exactly on time, the instructions for setting it up to suit me were very clear, and I was even given some good advice on arranging my workstation to get the best from the product. I really felt that it was important to the rep that I was happy with everything. Highly recommended.”

“From start to finish a great experience with Wellworking. Took 3 days from ordering to getting the chair. Even the delivery guy was knowledgeable and offered to give my instructions on how to use the chair (which I didn't take as I'd already used one before). He also took away all the unwanted packaging. Can't fault the service. Superb!”

“What a fantastic company !! I ordered a new office chair as my Aeron broke after 23 years. I didn't realise that they would hand deliver my new Aeron and advise me on repairing my broken chair. Cant recommend enough !!!!”

“Absolutely a joy to chat with, the team at Wellworking were always prompt with the deliveries (I had two Herman Miller Sayl chairs delivered) and let us use the trial chairs until the new ones had arrived. As they are expensive (but worth it) chairs, this was a must and I've never seen it offered anywhere else. The chap who delivered them also had vast experience in ergonomics and analysed my work space to make it more effective. Just a nice bunch of people providing a level of service quickly disappearing these days. Thanks guys!”

“Wellworking were the recommended distributor for a Herman Miller chair I liked but I had already bookmarked the site before I found out! The order process was easy and I appreciated having lots of customisation options. The service was very personal and I was contacted several times to ensure that I am aware of the delivery times. I ordered the £10 delivery where the chair is set up and packaging removed. Philip, the delivery person, was one of the most enthusiastic people I've ever met - he was very helpful and stayed for nearly 20 minutes to explain everything about the chair and to set it up to my requirements. He is clearly proud of the company he works for and I will definitely go to Wellworking for my next order.”
