“Wonderful service - so glad I bought my desk chair from this company. They didn’t just kept me informed about when it would arrive and then delivered it on time, they showed me how it worked and then taught me the best position to work in to prevent physical problems and alleviate backache, neck ache and so on. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.”

“I needed an office chair and had had an awful experience trying to order one from John Lewis - JL delivered the wrong chair; I waited all day for delivery AND all day when they came to collect, so I tried Wellworking. Nice people - they answer the phone and actually know the products. I was able to try several chairs at their offices. I decided on a particular chair which was a special order but it came exactly as estimated. Delivered by two guys who put it in the (upstairs) room and then they set it up for me so I am sitting at the right position for my screen. The result - I was immediately in action. Good chair, good prices, nice people, reliable. Recommended!”

“The office chair I bought is wonderful. It is very expensive, but extremely comfortable and flexible. From the moment I placed the order, the company gave me perfect ("old-fashioned") service. No razzmatazz, just swift information and instant feedback to my communication. When David arrived dead on time he put the complete chair with leather armrests etc into my office, adjusted everything professionally to my particular requirements, showed me patiently how to use and adjust the chair and then left swiftly. The whole process was wonderfully uncomplicated and without the slightest hiccup. Something I am just not used to any more :-) !”

“Brilliant from order to delivery. My Herman Miller chair arrived within 2 working days, all packaging was removed and taken away by the delivery driver. Great communication for order, payment and delivery confirmation. Driver was running 30 minutes late and called in advance to apologise. Great service.”

“We ordered 6 Herman Miller Aeron chairs which were delivered as promised. David from WellWorking went through the seats operation with each member of staff individually and offered advice on the best position for each person.
