“Brilliant and incredibly quick service. Received office chair within 24hours of placing the order and within the 1 hour time slot specified. Very good communication throughout. Chair is exactly as stated and is fantastic.”

“Ordered an ex display Herman Miller Aaron chair as looked good value compared to the full retail price. Description mentioned that there were some small signs of use, but otherwise good condition. Have to say I’m really pleased with it. Service from Wellworking was first rate, and as far as I can tell the chair is as good as new, so great value. The chair itself isn’t particularly cheap (even at the discounted price) but given we are spending so much more time working from home and sat at our desks for long parts of the day, I felt this is a worthwhile investment.”

“Ordered one day arrived the next. Delivery was contact free, chair was pre assembled, packaging was taken away and delivery driver took time to point out a couple of features. Chair is as expected. I would recommend.”

“Ordered a HM Sayl chair for home working over the weekend (Sunday) expecting 3–5 working day delivery. Received email confirmation on the Monday with a 1-hour delivery slot for the next day. Chair arrived on time (13.55 on Tuesday) and in perfect condition, packaging removed by the driver as promised. Also seemed to be the best price I could find online for the same product, including from the HM website spring sale. Excellent service; would use again! Note — I’m also very happy with the chair so far but the above is intended as a review of wellworking not of the chair”

“Loaned me a chair to try with no questions, no obligation and no pressure to buy. Loved the chair and ordered one as soon as my trial was up. The special order took a few weeks to make and I was kept informed throughout the process, with a convenient delivery date booked in as soon as they knew when that would be. Chair was set up and I was given all kinds of advice from the helpful member of staff who delivered it. Could not recommend more highly. Great, great service. And really happy with my Mirra2 chair as well.”

“The service I received from the company I bought the computer chair from was good from the start. I was given some useful information and guidance about the sort of chair I should get, and given the opportunity to contact this person in the event I was not satisfied with my purchase. The chair arrived within three days, the packaging was removed, and I was given instructions for using the chair. All in all, very good service.”

“I was made redundant at the end of March and my old company had used Wellworking to supply me with an office chair. When I started using an old chair at home my back problems flared up and I realised I needed to invest in a decent computer chair. Paul at Wellworking was an absolute superstar - he really knew his stuff, recommending a similar chair to my the one I used at my previous company (but within my budget) and it's a dream to sit on. He even helped me out by loaning me a decent chair until my order came, to stop my back getting any worse. My back problems are now well under control again, and I'm no longer in any pain. Big thanks to Paul - I'd have no hesitation in recommending Wellworking to any of my friends and future employers.”
