“Everyone I met in the firm were more than helpful, personable, caring that you understood everything about the product purchased. Most of all was how they praised one another, making it feel like a happy community to me, not just a business venture. As well as the Henry Miller chair purchased eliminating my long standing back pain when hand stitching textiles, the whole experience with Wellworking was a completely pleasurable experience.”

“Excellent service; delivered at the agreed time and a really helpful induction (from David) on how to properly adjust the chair to ensure optimal benefit. I also liked the fact that the packaging is removed so you don't have to concern yourself with disposal. And it was cheaper than JLP!”

“Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I ordered the Aeron chair which is amazing and I wish I'd bought it sooner. My bad back will thank me in a few days. Well Wellworking personally delivered the chair in 3 days, fully assembled, unpacked and ready to use. Can't fault them. Great experience!”

“I was super impressed. I decided to actually invest in a nice chair, and the customer service matched the price. I think they use their own delivery network and my chair was delivered quickly with no fuss by someone who seemed like a specialist. Not some crazy Amazon delivery guy who chucks your furniture at you, but rather a competent human who put everything together for me before handing it over and explained everything that he'd done. Love my chair, totally recommend.”

“The website was good - quick links to find the chair I needed and good info on delivery expectations. Once my order was in I had a very prompt message about delivery date followed by a more precise hour window given in an email the next morning. On the delivery day I received a phone call asking it if was convenient to deliver 40 minutes before the scheduled time as they were making better than expected traffic. Chair was unwrapped by the delivery guys, chair taken to the room and packing taken away. Fantastic in all respects. Can you please take over my supermarket deliveries?...”

“Our 2nd office chair from Wellworking in the last 12 months for our home office. Excellent chairs and excellent service. I have suffered from shoulder and back pain for several years after long stints at the PC and knew it was my old chair. The ergonomics of our new chairs have made a critical difference. I would strongly recommend.”

“Fantastic service - both on the phone in helping choose best chair for me through to delivery and then after sales when I had a minor issue with the chair (not Wellworking's fault). My back feels much better for it too. I would highly recommend and will always come back in future. Thank you!”
