“Great chair. Expensive but noticed the difference after first day of using it when working from home. Speedy service and v professional on delivery. Definitely recommend.”

“Exceptional online shopping experience The 1st place I’ll look for any future purchases, will be recommending to family & friends I called the Galashiels office Late Monday Afternoon & spoke to Paul who was great very helpful asked where I'm from, “were up that way on Wednesday” So I went online & ordered a chair, it got delivered Wednesday (1 hour time slot) perfect service, I then called to return the chair on Thursday morning nothing wrong with the chair, just not suitable for me, Paul said we can collect it Friday & issue a full refund, But I ordered another model of chair & we arranged for it to be delivered & swapped with the 1st chair the following day (1 hour time slot) an overall exceptional online shopping service that would be hard to beat.(all done in 4 working days) Very Pleased & Highley recommend”

“I am so impressed! I hadn’t hear of wellworking before but was looking for a more affordable Herman Miller chair than what John Lewis offers. I got the chair because my back and neck have been suffering from working from a standard dining room chair. I was really impressed by the fact that the delivery person is actually trained to set up your workspace. The person who delivered mine, Dave, was absolutely lovely and super helpful- more so than the health and safety rep at my workplace who set up my desk there!! He helped me adjust the chair to my desk, showed me how to elevate my laptop to avoid neck pain, took photos of me sitting properly so I could refer back to them and ensure I was still using it the right way, and answered all my questions. A really lovely guy, and I am pleased to say that the chair is fantastic and I have been working very well in my new set-up. I am looking forward to being free of neck and back pain!”

“The service from product and slaes information, through to delivery of my purchase was very easy and fast. The staff I communicated with at every stage of the process were efficient, curteous and very helpful. Also, after having compared the cost of the item I wanted in other places, I got a relly good price. It was a pleasure dealing with Wellworking and I can't recomend them enough.”

“Cannot fault the experience. Called up to get help selecting the right chair then ordered online. Received an email with a one-hour delivery slot and the chair was delivered the next day. It was already assembled and the delivery guy dropped it just inside the front door. Great customer service.”
