“There was a lengthy delivery time on the spec of chair I ordered but I was willing to wait and the estimated delivery week was spot on from Wellworking - they sent the chair out the day they received it and I had it the next day so can't fault the order process, quality of the chair or the delivery and after sales. I'll definitely be using them again for any future requirements and recommending to friends and family.”

“The chair was delivered on time as expected and the representative of Wellworking spent quite a bit of time explaining all its adjustments to me and adjusting it for me. He also helped me take apart my old chair and get it down a steep flight of steps.”

“I purchased an Herman Miller Aeron chair from WellWorking, and I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service (as well as the chair, so well done Herman Miller too). After having ordered a chair configuration that wasn't perfect for my needs, they recommended the correct one (which was cheaper) and then promptly raised the refund for the difference. It was delivered exactly in the hour timeslot they said it would and the person delivering it was extremely helpful. While respecting the current Covid-19 social distancing rules that are currently in force, he still was able to spend time outside my property to describe how to set up the chair to ensure I was using to its full potential. I really appreciate that chat as it has really made me think carefully about how to integrate the chair in workspace effectively.”

“We were lent first a Mirra then a Aeron chair free of charge which were supplied as agreed and afterwards collected at our convenience. We had all the controls explained to us by friendly and helpful staff. Eventually we bought 3 Mirra chairs which were delivered exactly on time as promised. The slight niggle is that our delivery directions were ignored so that the delivery men needed to wheel the chairs, which are very heavy, over rough ground which scuffed all the castors. I was immediatly promised replacements which arrived the next morning.”

“The service I received from Wellworking was truly first class and especially in the current environment. The new norm is for orders to not be honoured or deliveries delayed with no communication. Not only was my order acknowledged rapidly and delivered on time, the communication throughout the process was spot on and topped off by an incredibly communicative, courteous and thoughtful delivery .... super impressed”

“David was punctual, showed great knowledge of the chair and was extremely helpful. A very thorough examination(I really liked the way I was taught how to use the chair) and will recommend Wellworking to all my friends and family and work colleagues. A fantastic service all round.”

“Exceptional service not only from the sales staff but also the delivery staff. Didn't get on with a particular chair, the team encouraged me to swap the chair and try another model.
