“I have ordered twice from Wetrooms Online, the first delivery was dealt with perfectly and the product is excellent. My second order was for a project in Switzerland, unfortunately for reasons only known to themselves, the courier didn't deliver the linear tray, leaving me with all the other parts to take in our transport going overseas, without the most important bit. They had returned it to Wetrooms Online, who agreed to have the item sent direct to site for me, but on arrival the courier required ?50.00 for the import duty before they would leave the goods. Wetrooms Direct however did everything they could to make sure my client wasn't let down. An excellent company and products.”
