“I needed a particular configuration with my wetroom shower area. I spoke to Cliff and he was knowledgeable and resourceful not to mention patient, recommending several options suitable for my needs. Wetrooms Online were also far more competitive on price as well with delivery included. I purchased the items on a Friday and they arrived on Monday. Highly recommended with fantastic friendly service.”

“Their technical support and customer care are both excellent. Some confusion about delivery was immediately and competently addressed by their team and questions around the connection of the waste outlet to the linear drain were competently and accurately answered. The company comes across as big enough to deliver and small enough to know what's going on and care about the service you receive.”

“This was a first-class experience from start to finish. I’m an enthusiastic DIYer and have often experienced being patronised by professionals when seeking advice but Wet rooms online couldn’t have been more helpful. Their knowledge was excellent, even if it meant I spent less than I originally intended with them. Delivery was rapid and they maintained contact throughout until my order was received in full. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely be a return customer.”

“Called for advice and spoke to a person who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the former that I needed. I was surprised to find that the item was delivered the next day at no charge. Forgot to fill in the vat zero rating form in advance of the purchase. However, I sent it retrospectively and received a refund very quickly. Thanks.”
