Ordered the goods , delivery kept being put off said you would definitely deliver the day after failing to deliver but then got another message saying sorry , reluctantlly had to cancel and purchase elsewhere to cancel and buy elsewhere

I would be happy if I had my order I had to get in touch with you/ Wetrooms to find out when I would get my delivery And not 1-3 days delivery more like 8-9 days if I get it by Friday

After issues with the delivery - be careful as although it says you should get next day delivery it was actually 4 days - then the product arrived and it wasn't what we ordered.

Dear Georgina, Please accept my apologies that your order took a little longer to arrive than is normally expected. You placed your order on 07/06 and we shipped the same day on a next working day service, however we do advertise that delivery is usually 1 - 2 working days, and thus never advertise or guarantee next working day delivery. Disappointingly, the carrier failed to make the delivery within the two working days, but delivered on the 3rd working day @10:17am. Unfortunately due to a packing error with our supplier the box was incorrectly labelled, thus we thought the correct size had been sent, when it was in fact incorrect. Again I apologise for this mistake and the inconvenience it has caused. We have arranged for the correct tray to be sent out to you for delivery within the next 1 - 2 working days, and have also arranged for the collection of the incorrect tray. Shower former was broken upon delivery so we sent back with courier to replace. Why deliver a broken product? No message or follow up. Just an email to review the product. So 1 star

Item never arrived, I was still charged and no response from customer service in regards to resolving after numerous emails. I purchased a walk-in shower tray from wetroom whilst having renovations completed. I was staying away from property and received confirmation item had been signed by myself (although I was staying away whilst the works completed). I had called and emailed wetrooms after seeing the item was not delivered and did not receive any response in regards to resolving the issue with delivery. It?s been a month and I have no shower tray, funds have been deducted, no follow up and lost a week of progress on our renovations. ??? Response to below. The below is incorrect. I first attempted to call 10 days after on the 22nd, with no answer and then followed up with an email on the 28th May, still no response. I followed up again on the 2nd June via email no response, to which I called again and got through to somebody. I then ordered a replacement whilst my order was supposedly being reviewed. I?ve since followed up 5 times about an update on the delivery as it never reached my property. You mentioned it was signed, but the delivery logs read it was signed by me? Which, as you have stated I was not at the property! So I?m curious what the point of confirmation/signature of delivery is. I have not seen any GPS data not further information that the product was handed to anybody? Was it left on the side of the street? As this out of a number of deliveries is the only one missing.

9 Jul 2021 Dear Mr Corbin, I have taken a look into the circumstances regarding your order and subsequent review and wish to take the opportunity to reply to your comments. Your order was placed on the evening of 10th May, processed on the 11th May and delivered the next working day on the 12th May. Unfortunately, due to you working away from home we did not receive notification of a potential issue with delivery until 4th June - some 3 weeks after the initial order and shipping. Despite this being outside the notification period for delivery issues / damages my colleague contacted the courier to investigate the issue. The couriers provided a 'Proof of Delivery' and furthermore provided the GPS tracking data for the delivery van, that shows it being opposite your property at the date / time of delivery. As you acknowledged during the telephone/email exchanges the kit could very well have been accepted by the builders that you had on site at that time. We have seen this before, when a builder etc accept the delivery but do not inform the purchaser as such, only for the missing item to appear in due course. Due to the time lapse from order to notification of the proposed issue there is unfortunately little further that we can do to look into the matter, coupled with the proof of delivery we do have I am unsure where we can go further. We have offered to issue you a full refund on the return of the items should yourself / builders locate the order, even though this would now be 2+ months out of the return period. For the record, I would like to state that I have a trail of emails from yourself to my colleague regarding the issue, at no point where your emails left ignored with no response from ourselves. It is untrue and unfair to suggest this was the case. You will see from our numerous independent and verified reviews that we always go out of our way to resolve issues when they occur, given the opportunity and we are notified in a fair timeframe. Have received multiple emails about leaving a review. Still waiting for the delivery. No info on when it will arrive. Will be updating once I get further news. UPDATE AFTER REPLY: I specifically purchased a Kudos product since they are all hand-built in UK factories in Cumbria and Coleraine. My delivery should not have been affected by any port issues. SECOND UPDATE: Is it possible for you to check the progress of my order before the 4th? What is happening with my order? Has it been manufactured?

However not all the raw materials and component parts can be sourced in the UK, and it is these raw materials and component parts being held up in ports etc, which are currently delaying production and holding up the shipment of finished products.
