“Helpful on the phone, but frustrating that there was only one choice of delivery when them we ordered cost £7 and the delivery £9.99. Then we missed the first attempt, so the expensive delivery then took 4 days instead of next day.”

“Good communication throughout. They called me to check if my order had been delivered and chased up the delivery company when it was delayed. Cliff was very helpful and friendly. The wetroom base was good quality and looks great.”

“Gear came quickly, good speedy service. However the tanking kit was rubbish, way worse than say a Mapei kit. Not worth the money, pretty annoyed with it actually.”

“Would have been 5 stars but for the missing screws, instructions says use screws included, had to go out for stainless steel screws half way through the job unfortunately”

“I will happily come to you for our next wet room requirement. While we have not yet completed the instalation I am happy with the goods recieved and the advice on your website. the only problem we had was with the delivery company who only delivered the first of 2 parcels, and we had to chase the second one which arived the next day.”

“I am very pleased with the shower screens. They are good quality, they fit well, and were delivered within 48 hours of me ordering them. The staff member I spoke to at Wetrooms Online was very helpful. Before phoning I had tried to use the web chat facility and that did not work. I received no response to my question, which is why I phoned them and they were then very helpful.”

“Fantastic service from Wetrooms-online.com, very quick delivery - thank you. Ordered the Wedi primo shower base, a really good robust product and good value. However, what is not put forward clearly within the spec for this product is the drain pipe size - which is 56mm. In the UK, it is usually 40mm - yet the product shows the UK sign. This info needs to be made clear, as to reduce from 56mm to 40mm is not easy, and/or to use 56mm is not a nominal size used. A 'low profile' drain can be ordered with this product, but there is no information given about this online. Otherwise, the product itself is good and the delivery from Wetrooms was next day.”

“Good service, good website and delivery when requested. The only thing is that the delivery is made between 9am-6pm, not giving any option and making you to stay at home waiting the whole day wasting your time.”
