Things were going really well until the actual delivery. The courier turned up with the three fitting kits for the three shower trays that we had purchased but said that they couldn't deliver the shower trays because they were too large and we had to go all the way to Redditch to collect them. If I had known that I would have bought elsewhere. We have had much larger items than three shower trays delivered by courier so I suggest that you change courier if you are going to continue to sell shower trays. We have just collected the trays but the courier service was a joke.

Hi Paul, I sorry to hear of the issue you experienced with your delivery. This is the first we have learnt of it. This should not have happened and they trays should have been delivered to you without issue. We ship large trays all the time and have never experienced this before. The issue has been raised with the courier. If you had called at the time we could got the situation resolved and trays delivered to you without further inconvenience. We have tried to call you to discuss the issue but the number provided will not connect, I apologise for the inconvenience caused, and assure you that this is not the normal service. Well, sent of my own cost back as service not provide free return. As the company not take of customers of return you will not guarantee that parcel will delivered undamaged. So in my case post office did not supply fragile stiker they wrote on the box to make sure delivered in the same condition. So for that company will charge 10% value of the returned item. Where not say any in term and conditions of charges and %. Dissapointed NB! before order make sure you know what you order to prevent refund. Company not care what receive and how customer will send. As not any sign on the box will not guarantee of delivery condition. If any note provided on the package will not guarantee of full refund. Shame that customer not right in this days. Shame to company.

25 Nov 2022 Hi Julia, Unfortunately the item you returned has been drawn on with a marker pen in a number of places on the packaging. When you requested a return we sent you a copy of the terms and conditions for a return , there is states : "Reasons for rejection/deduction in refund include, but are not limited to: Original packaging not present or excessively damaged/ripped, item modified, cut or marked by user " Because the outer packaging was heavily marked it means we can no longer sell this as new and your return is subject to 10% restocking charge. We do provide full refunds on returns however this is conditional that items are returned complete and in resalable condition . Your return was also incomplete and missing the drain, we will issue your refund as soon as the drain has been returned. Annoyingly like many suppliers at the moment, show items in stock you then checkout and pay your then told a couple of days later that the items out of stock and will take 3 weeks to arrive. Hard work.

Like many suppliers we are finding that stock levels are extremely fluid in the current circumstances, however we do endeavour to keep stock levels updated. Our customer services team did speak to you regarding the stock issue and you indicated that you were happy to wait. Excellent next day delivery however wrong product was sent. very courteous staff who rectified this immediately and sent correct product but all packing was torn not damaged in transit but torn and contents just thrown into outer delivery bag. Picking and packing staff need some training.

28 Apr 2021 Dear Mr & Mrs Ali, Thank you for taking the time to review Wetrooms Online. I'm sorry to hear that the incorrect drain was sent with your kit, however it is pleasing to know that this was rectified quickly. With regard to the damage to the packaging of the replacement drain, I have spoken to our warehouse staff and they assure me that the packaging of the replacement drain sent out was in perfect condition (we don't put damaged boxes back into the main stock, they are either re-packaged or used for spares etc). If you have found this not to be the case I can only assume that it was damaged in transit, and for this I offer my apologies. The replacement was sent out in a courier bag as opposed to a further cardboard box as the courier bag is the fastest method to get the replacement to you, and we did not wish to hold your install up.
