Called for advice and spoke to a person who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the former that I needed. I was surprised to find that the item was delivered the next day at no charge. Forgot to fill in the vat zero rating form in advance of the purchase. However, I sent it retrospectively and received a refund very quickly. Thanks.
