“I was recommended to go and have a look at Wetrooms online and i ordered a wetroom shower tray from them and because I ordered before the cut off time for it to be picked and despatched on the same day, I received an email to say thank you, a short while later to say your order has been picked and will be dispatched tonight, the next afternoon I received a phone call a very pleasant lady from Wetrooms called Janet, again thanked me for my order, and said it was picked up last night and is with the courier and will be with me tomorrow, she told me who the courier was and they will contact me, getting the phone call was lovely as it made me feel as though they very much did appreciate the custom, finding and ordering the tray i wanted was easy, the tray arrived as promised, well packaged the product looks good quality and designed well, would I recommend Wetrooms online yes I would with no hesitation at all.”
